           taps into her constant shifts in awareness or focus from moment to moment by highlighting her surrounding infrastructure and home life through painting and mixed media works. One painting represents the span of a few seconds, days, months, or even years. She approaches her work by choosing images for each new layer from an archive of candid photos, which include family and friends in times of travel and leisure, or roads, street signs, buildings, light posts, telephone wires, and other parts of her everyday environment. Her personal narrative builds upon anxiety, nostalgia, and a longing to preserve every fleeting experience at once.
